Never use essential oils neat on the skin, always dilute with a base oil such as sunflower or almond (up to 30 drops per 30-50ml base oil). Smell it first – if it repulses you don’t use it. Test on a small patch of skin first time. See here for more advice: aromaweb.
People who have epilepsy or heart arrhythmias should avoid using binaural beats. For everyone else it is probably wise to limit listening to a maximum of 2hrs a day, the optimal amount is said to be 20-30mins.
I am not a nutritionist and any food related content is just from my experience. It is important to maintain a balanced diet, as well as tweaking food to improve symptoms.
